Arlington — Twelve local and regional artisans showcased their work on Saturday, Nov. 3 at the Dominion Hills Community House on Wilson Boulevard. Painting, jewelry, hand-turned wood bowls and objects, stationery, hand-painted silk scarves, pottery, glassware, bath and body products and designer chocolates were on display and for sale at the show.
Coming up on Nov. 30 through Dec. 2 will be the Artful Weekend in the Hendry House at Fort C.F. Smith. The weekend show and sale is put on by the Arlington Artist Alliance. A second show is also being held at The Hendry House on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 8 and 9 and 15 and16 and Wednesday, Dec. 13. The Hendry House at Fort C.F. Smith is located at 2411 N. 24th St. in Arlington.
