The second annual Wellness Retreat for adults 55 years of age and older will be held May 15 – 17 at the Pearlstone Conference and Retreat Center, Reisterstown, Md. Sponsored by Arlington’s Office of Senior Adult Programs and the Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia, the Retreat will feature health and wellness workshops, yoga and meditation, fitness classes and age-related activities. Guest speaker will be Dr. Dick Lindsay, retired Head of the University of Virginia’s Division of Geriatric Medicine.
