Providence Elementary Assistant Principal Adam Erbrecht will be the new principal of Daniels Run Elementary. The announcement was made on May 31 to the Daniels Run staff.
Born in Pennsylvania, Erbrecht attended Grove City College north of Pittsburgh and began his teaching career in Atlanta. In 2003, he moved to Fairfax County where he taught third and fifth grades. He earned his Master’s Degree in School Administration from the University of Virginia in 2006. He served as assistant principal at Colin Powell Elementary School for three years before moving to Providence Elementary School in the City of Fairfax, working with Principal Jesse Kraft.
Erbrecht will begin on July 1, 2012.
