Springfield On Sunday, Jan. 22, the parents, students and educators of Wei Hwa Chinese School celebrated their opening at West Springfield High School. The school moves from its previous location at Northern Virginia Community College Annandale Campus. With more than 270 students, the school offers a variety of mandarin language classes and cultural classes for students, including new conversational classes for adults in the community.
