Mount Vernon Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation will host a tour to highlight new multi-family developments in the Huntington-Groveton area. This free event will be held on Saturday Sept. 22, from noon to 4 p.m. The tour will highlight three new luxury apartment developments that have opened in the area in the past three years: The Beacon of Groveton, The Courts at Huntington Station, and 800 Carlyle.
The tour will begin and end at the brand new Beacon of Groveton.
SFDC will host the tour to provide community members an opportunity to view the changing rental housing market firsthand. The developments represent the future of rental housing in this part of the region, with well-appointed units and luxurious amenities like salt water pools, coffee bars, poker/game rooms, and concierge services.
There is no cost to attend the tour, and lunch will be provided. There is only space for 40 people on the tour, and registration will be on a first come, first served basis. To sign up for the event contact David Ben at david.ben@sfdc.org by Friday, Sept. 14.
The Multi-Family Bus Tour is presented by Home Properties, which owns and manages The Courts of Huntington Station, and by Redbrick Development and Wood Partners, who collaborated to develop the Beacon of Groveton.
